‘Apologies this email has taken so long as we have just got back from honeymoon. I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you for performing at our wedding last month at The Brig O’Doon.  We literally had the best day ever and you and the band are the best we have ever seen at a wedding. I have never the dance floor so packed from start to finish and all everyone talked about after the wedding were how amazing you were.

We always feel the music is one of the most important elements and Corra really made it the best day and I can’t thank you enough.  I think you may even get a couple of more sign ups after performing at our wedding and we will be certainly recommending you.’

‘I just wanted to extend a massive THANK YOU to all of you for an absolutely amazing show on Saturday night. All the guests absolutely loved it and had only great things to say about you all night and the next day. You really helped make what was the best day of my life. The ceilidh dancing was fantastic and the Canadians absolutely loved it. I think you could see that everyone was having a real ball.  The hard core uni friends certainly know how to party, shirts on or off! Thank you again and we will be recommending you to friends!

‘From the moment I first heard you play years ago in Edinburgh I knew I wanted you to come and frequent Northumberland with your talents and we were not the least bit disappointed. You were absolutely amazing from reassuring me that you wouldn’t get lost, helping us with our first dance nerves and then your non-stop energy to get everyone on the dance floor – you were loved by all from the hardcore Scottish to the singing band lovers – we loved dancing to you and I know by the number of people that have asked for your number were appreciated by all – even if there were lots of rowdy farmers!!! Thank you so so much – love n smiles.’

‘In so many ways, the perfect affair goes unnoticed.  Simply because its perfect…. It goes by so fast and all you remember is a good time.  But something was different at this wedding.  It was better than perfect.  Everyone remembered the food, the flowers, and yes, they remembered the music.  Oh, did they remember the music!

Back when Rachel and Fraser were looking for the perfect band, Rachel had us listen to samples of various bands. I’ll be totally honest with you, Corra was my first choice.  It was also Rachel and Fraser’s.  When we heard that you were already booked for the original wedding date, we were disappointed.  So we decided on our next choice.  I don’t remember the specific details but the wedding date changed and by chance Rachel contacted you again.  You were available.   Luck?  I don’t think so.  You were going to be a part of something special and it was meant to be.

A year went fast and before we knew it the wedding was here.  Though we were confident Corra was the perfect band, the day Fraser and Rachel met you a few days before the wedding put all their worries aside.  Rachel said to me when you came to set up at the wedding, she was so connected to you it was as if you were part of the family.

Let’s face it, the food was good, the flowers beautiful, the venue was amazing……but the band makes the party.  Personally, you are one of the best bands I’ve ever heard.  You had all the guests engaged and dancing all night.  Getting Rachel involved with the drums was such a memorable moment.  Now she thinks she can play and wants a drum set for her birthday.  LOL   Even the Scots said they’ve never danced so much.  All they expect to do is come, get drunk and hang out all night.  LOL   But they were too busy dancing and having a wonderful time to get drunk.  Hahahaha!!  And how about that ‘encore’.  I’m sure you get that all the time.

Thank you again for making this something special for everyone, and especially Rachel and Fraser.’

‘Simon and I just wanted to say a huge thank you for playing at our wedding at Atholl Palace last weekend. You guys really were amazing and you made our night! Our guests loved you, and the dance floor appeared to be full at all times as a result. Very impressed that you got the Irish into the ceilidh dances too, I’m sure that must’ve tested your patience but you were great with them!

The music you played during our ceremony was also amazing, hoping someone recorded it for me as I’d love to hear it all over again!

You were such a great choice for our wedding and so easy to work with in terms of the planning. I’d recommend you to anyone, even just so that we can hear you play at another wedding 😉

Wishing you all the best!’

Just to say a huge thank you for Saturday night. You were absolutely amazing and more than we could have hoped for! All of our guests commented that you were the best wedding band they had ever experienced and seemed happy to be there unlike some bands with whom it clearly is just a job.

Thank you for having all of the guests up and dancing and for being so responsive prior to the wedding and accommodating all of our requests.

We had the most amazing day, surrounded by friends and family. I only wish we could do it again as it went by so quickly. I want to say a massive thank to you all for playing at our reception. You were AMAZING!! Everyone has been singing your praises, they all thought you were fantastic. My colleagues have said it was the best wedding reception they had been to and that you made sure the party never stopped. Your mix of contemporary music and the ceilidh songs was just perfect. You didn’t over do the ceilidh which some people were worried about. We are extremely happy that you managed to keep everyone going, including my mum, who doesn’t dance!!
Your version of our first dance was amazing. It was just what we wanted and every time I listen to that song now i can’t help but cry tears of happiness. It was perfect. Also everyone was impressed with the saxophonist, he was superb and played the crowd perfectly.
Your vocalists have stunning voices and every single one of your musicians are extremely talented.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making our day the most amazing day of our lives.
